Yesterday, I was honored to be part of a panel discussion for a group of business leaders in Oklahoma City who were learning about coaching.

I was asked to share some lessons I have learned about coaching in organizations from my experience of building an internal coaching program at the Oklahoma Department of Human Services. The participants asked some great questions and we had an insightful conversation.
