Have you ever found yourself in need of a “reset”?
Sometimes we are in need of a reframe – where we challenge the meaning we’ve assigned to certain events in our lives and reinterpret our circumstances.
Sometimes we are in need of a re-do – where we return to a relationship, an event, a point of failure, etc. and do things differently.
Sometimes we are in need of redemption – where we need the forgiveness and spiritual salvation that only God through Christ can grant.
But sometimes what we need is not as dramatic or dire as the aforementioned examples in which we are trying to escape something negative.
Sometimes we just need to “reset” some habits and priorities that will enable us to be our best and take advantage of the opportunities life gives us.
Maybe it’s re-setting your morning routine so that you can approach the day with positivity, energy, and optimism.
Maybe it’s re-setting your diet so that you can become a healthier version of yourself.
Maybe it’s re-setting your entertainment choices so that you are filling your mind with things that are life-giving instead of soul-sucking.
Maybe it’s re-setting your priorities so that you are giving more of your time, energy, and attention to the things and people that are most meaningful to you.
As someone once said, “I like to think of every day as a chance to hit the reset button and begin again with whatever matters most.”
So, what do you want to re-set?
