As I’ve posted before, I was recently a guest on The Coaching Edge Podcast, and I was struck by the following description of my episode on their Facebook page…

Have you ever noticed that the people “at the top” often seem the most alone?
In our latest episode of The Coaching Edge Podcast, we talk with Rusty Tugman, who built an internal coaching program inside a 6,000+ employee government agency. One of his biggest insights:
Even the strongest leaders need a safe space to think, vent, and be honest.
By giving leaders a confidential place to process their ideas and challenges, coaching doesn’t just improve performance—it supports their well-being and helps them lead with more clarity and humanity.
Imagine if every leader in your organization had that kind of support.
What would change?
Watch, get inspired, and think about what a real coaching culture could look like where you work: https://thecoachingedgepodcast.com/inside-the-rise-of…/

I love the question they ask at the end – “What would change?”
That’s a powerful question that unlocks imagination.
What would change for you as leader if you had a trusted thought partner with whom you could process your ideas and talk through your doubts?
What would change for your organization if your top leaders had access to a coach who could boost their confidence and improve their wellbeing?
If you’d like to turn those possibilities into reality or have a discussion of what this could look like for you, reach out to me at the email address listed on this website.
I’m here to help!
