I started Tugman Coaching & Consulting, LLC to take advantage of opportunities to work with a variety of leaders in a variety of industries; and thanks to the “word of mouth advertising” of my clients along with a couple of strategic partnerships, those opportunities are growing exponentially.

So are the number of services I provide.

In this post, I want to briefly highlight three of those services.

Coaching

Coaching leaders is the bulk of what I do, and it is an absolute joy to partner with amazing people who want to accomplish significant goals for the purpose of making the world a better place. Recently,

• I am coaching the ministry team of a large congregation
• Took on a new client who is the VP of a renowned company in OKC
• Started the journey toward becoming a Master Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, something that is only achieved by less than 5% of coaches worldwide.

I will also be teaching coaching skills to leaders in OKC, Kentucky, and Florida at several events in the next few months.

How can I serve you or your organization through coaching or coach training?

Organizational Consulting

I recently had the opportunity to consult with the leadership of a growing church, helping them think through a difficult decision they are facing.

A few months ago, I facilitated a day of planning and dreaming for a group of elders who want to lead their congregation with greater clarity and alignment.

These experiences have opened up a new line of service for TCC, which is working with church and corporate boards who need a trusted “third party” to create a safe space for conversation, planning, dreaming, and decision-making.

How can I serve your company’s board?

Guest Teaching/Preaching

As a former preacher, I love serving churches as a guest Bible class teacher or guest preacher. Here’s some upcoming speaking dates for me:

• March 25 – Teaching the college class at Edmond Church of Christ
• March 29 – Finishing up a 6-week Bible class at the Oakdale Church of Christ
• April 1 – Teaching the college class at Edmond Church of Christ
• April 19 – Teaching a Sunday morning Bible class at Edmond Church of Christ
• June 8-12 – Teaching a Bible class at Camp Blue Haven in New Mexico
• July 29 – Preaching at Oakcrest Church of Christ
