A Prepared Partner.

I am a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Team Coach and Certified Change Leadership Coach through the prestigious Center for Executive Coaching.

I hold two master’s degrees and multiple certifications covering such topics as organizational leadership, systems theory, conflict resolution and mediation, counseling, communication, project management, personality development, and leader-employee relationships.

An Experienced Leader.

With over 30 years experience on the frontlines of leadership, I’ve been where you are and I know the challenges of leading people and systems. I have a long list of accomplishments and an even longer list of mistakes. Through it all, I have created a track record of serving others with integrity, empathy, and wisdom and gained a reputation for helping leaders and teams maximize their potential.

  • Seek Peace & Pursue It

The world is filled with wars and conflicts, but what about your “world”? Is there a “war” raging in your inner world? Is there conflict in the “outer world” of your relationships? If so, one reason might be the way you talk, according to 1 Peter 3:10-11, which says… “Whoever desires to love life and…

  • “Do Your Job”

Bill Belichick won six Super Bowl championships with the simple mantra of “do your job.” That phrase was his way of keeping his players focused on their role, believing that if each individual is faithfully fulfilling his specific task the team would then experience collective success as a result. But Coach Belichick had other leadership…

  • Mistakes

One of the truths about leadership (and about being human) that we don’t like to talk about is that all leaders (and all humans) make mistakes. This is such a universal truth that there’s no use in denying it. I’ve made many mistakes throughout my career. And I still make them. What’s changed, however, is…

  • Remembering Cooper (An Easter Prayer)

I’ve been coming to this place for 23 years now,                                                        but I still can’t believe what I see when I come here. Is that really my son’s name…

  • Courage

In my work with leaders, as a coach and trainer, I am often reminded that courage is one of the most underrated characteristics of leadership. It takes courage to make tough decisions. It takes courage to have a difficult conversation. It takes courage to model the way for others to follow. It takes courage to…
