Rusty Tugman is the Preaching Minister for the Alameda Church of Christ in Norman, OK and the Leadership Trainer and Workplace Coach for the Oklahoma Department of Human Service.  He also serves as a contract corporate trainer for Strata Leadership and facilitates parenting workshops for True Dads in OKC.
