Hey everybody!
It’s been awhile.
Sorry about that.
Honestly, I didn’t realize that my “little” break from blogging had actually been so long.
But, I’m back now…and, today, I’m bringing some motivation for your Monday.

Last week, a friend and mentor of mine named Jim Martin tweeted the following observation: “This pandemic is revealing the truth about our congregations. It is revealing the good that is present, as Christian people serve one another in unbelievable ways at times. It is also revealing the sin in these congregations as many attack each other, the elders, and ministers.”
The same could be said about every organization and society in general, because times of crisis will bring out the best and worst in people – at the same time.
But this is not something that we have no control over.
We can choose which extreme to demonstrate.
So, today, choose to be positive.
Choose to be an encourager of others.
Choose to serve others through simple acts of kindness and grace.
Choose to find the beauty around you.
Surround yourself with people who are showing the best of humanity in this time.
Then, do the same tomorrow.
And the day after that.
And the day after that.
If you will do this, you will have a great week – no matter what happens.

It has always been about choice. Now that some of our choices are made for us as to where we can go, the choice with what we do with our time with others becomes more important!
