Stay Connected

Therapist Esther Perel once made the following observation:

“Life will present you with unexpected opportunities, and you won’t always know in advance which are the important moments. Above all, it’s the quality of your relationships that will determine the quality of your life. Invest in your connections, even those that seem inconsequential.”

When it comes to our relationships, each of us has a choice to make.

We can choose isolation or we can choose to invest.

Which will you choose to do?

  1. This is so true. Some have been in isolation long before the pandemic. We need people but circumstances, backgrounds, previous hurts, etc., etc., often keeping people from taking a risk.
