20 Years

Twenty years ago today a life entered this world.

A life that increased love.

A life that sparked joy.

A life that brought gratitude.

A life that made people smile.

A life that brought people together.

A life that fought hard for life.

A life that demonstrated courage.

A life that endured with dignity.

A life that made people marvel.

A life that brought people together.

Together, to pray.

Together, to weep.

Together, to hope.

Twenty years ago a life entered this world.

A life that was short.

A life that was a snapshot in time.

A life that shined brightly and then was gone.

A life that, however, is not forgotten.

A life that lives on.

Not just in hearts.

Not just in memories.

Not just in pictures.

But with the Lord.

And this life has pointed many, many people to the Lord.

For this life has made Jesus known through his life.

His life has caused people to look for hope in Christ.

His life has inspired people to cling to Christ in their grief.

His life has moved people to keep their faith in Christ.

His life has helped people find life in Christ.

And so, his life continues to be a life that is…

…increasing love,

…sparking joy,

…bringing gratitude,

…making people smile, and

…bringing people together.

Twenty years ago a life entered this world.

And it was a wonderful life!
