At the end of this week, I will be flying to Boston to speak at the New England Lectureship, which is an “anchor” event for the New England area churches of Christ.
I am so humbled and honored to be included in this event.
I will be teaching a class on evangelism on Saturday and preaching during the Sunday morning worship service.
I have four goals for this event:
- Encourage the Christians in the New England area
- Inspire those who attend to be active disciple-makers for Jesus
- Learn from my fellow speakers
- Be enriched by the fellowship of my brothers and sisters in Christ

Pray that Jesus will be exalted.
Pray that Christians will be encouraged.
Pray that the church in New England will be fortified.
Pray that a revival of evangelism and discipleship will be ignited.
