This month I renewed my annual certificate for Tugman Coaching & Consulting, LLC.

What started as an opportunity to help a friend’s business has become an exciting adventure.

Some highlights since starting this side venture include…

• Supporting the CFO of a multi-billion dollar company through various challenges
• Coaching the department heads of a large construction company through a season of transition
• Working with the ministry staff of a sizable church
• Consulting with the elders of several congregations on strategic vision
• Training hospital administrators
• Partnering with Strata Leadership to teach coaching skills to leaders of impactful organizations
• Speaking to crowds of diverse people at industry events

Currently, I intentionally keep my client list small, but it is steadily growing.

I am grateful for every opportunity I am given to support, encourage, and help others.
