If you’ve been reading along with me, then you know I recently started a new job as President of Strata Leadership. Strata is an executive coaching, leadership development, and business consulting company that partners with its national and international clients to help them achieve their desired outcomes.

So, what does this mean for Tugman Coaching & Consulting, LLC?

I will be transitioning my company to focus on solely serving faith-based leaders and organizations, specifically ministers and church elders/boards, by providing individual coaching, team coaching, leadership development, consulting, and fill-in/interim preaching services.

One example of how I serve church leaders occurred this past Saturday when I had the pleasure of spending the day with the elders and staff of the Chisholm Trail Church of Christ in Duncan, OK. We spent time reflecting on where they’ve been, dreaming about where they wanted to go, and creating next steps that would empower them to take action.

I love being able to use my 30 years of full-time ministry experience to help churches and church leaders maximize their Kingdom impact.
