“Our ministry staff benefited greatly from Rusty’s time with us as coach and confidant. Rusty was able to help us identify growth areas and give us tools to improve ourselves professionally and personally. He has helped us become better people who relate better to people. I enthusiastically recommend Rusty to any organization, business, or church whose leaders want to be more effective.”

A Pioneering Coach.

As the Leadership Trainer & Workplace Coach for the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, I created and managed the first-of-its-kind internal coaching program for a state agency in the history of Oklahoma state government.

Now, I serve as the President of Strata Leadership, which is a premier executive coaching and leadership development partner to national and international organizations.

A Prepared Partner.

I am a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Team Coach and Certified Change Leadership Coach through the prestigious Center for Executive Coaching.

I hold two master’s degrees and multiple certifications covering such topics as Bible, ministry, organizational leadership, systems theory, conflict resolution and mediation, counseling, communication, project management, personality development, and leader-employee relationships.

An Experienced Leader.

With over 30 years experience on the frontlines of leadership, including 21 as Senior Minister, I’ve been where you are and I know the challenges of leading people and systems. I have a long list of accomplishments and an even longer list of mistakes. Through it all, I have created a track record of serving others with integrity, empathy, and wisdom and gained a reputation for helping leaders and teams maximize their potential.
