A Prepared Partner.

I am a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Team Coach and Certified Change Leadership Coach through the prestigious Center for Executive Coaching.

I hold two master’s degrees and multiple certifications covering such topics as organizational leadership, systems theory, conflict resolution and mediation, counseling, communication, project management, personality development, and leader-employee relationships.

An Experienced Leader.

With over 30 years experience on the frontlines of leadership, I’ve been where you are and I know the challenges of leading people and systems. I have a long list of accomplishments and an even longer list of mistakes. Through it all, I have created a track record of serving others with integrity, empathy, and wisdom and gained a reputation for helping leaders and teams maximize their potential.

  • Living Simply

Several years ago I wrote the following statement in my journal… “I want a simplified life that is full of joy, fun, peace, meaning, and fulfillment.” I was in my mid-forties and, even though I loved my life, my life had become more complicated and distracted than I wanted it to be. I wanted to…

  • The Ministry of Coaching

To my great surprise, I find myself thriving in a second career of leadership and executive coaching. The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” By that definition, coaching is very similar to what I’ve been doing…

Thank you for those faithful ambassadors of Christ whose authentic allegiance to King Jesus enables your will to be done on earth as it is in heaven. Thank you…

  • Homework from Sunday’s Sermon

On Sunday, I continued my sermon series about work and focused on the opportunities we have in our places of work to be on mission for God. At the end of the sermon, I gave everyone some “homework” that will help us approach work with a more missional mindset… Work is an arena where each…

Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name…(v. 9) Prayer is surrendering to a plan bigger and better than yours. …your kingdom come…(v. 10a) Prayer is surrendering your right to…
