A Prepared Partner.

I am a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Team Coach and Certified Change Leadership Coach through the prestigious Center for Executive Coaching.

I hold two master’s degrees and multiple certifications covering such topics as organizational leadership, systems theory, conflict resolution and mediation, counseling, communication, project management, personality development, and leader-employee relationships.

An Experienced Leader.

With over 30 years experience on the frontlines of leadership, I’ve been where you are and I know the challenges of leading people and systems. I have a long list of accomplishments and an even longer list of mistakes. Through it all, I have created a track record of serving others with integrity, empathy, and wisdom and gained a reputation for helping leaders and teams maximize their potential.

Our current sermon series at Alameda is called “The Comeback,” and yesterday we learned that the secret to the kind of comeback we are most desperate for is to align our will and ways with God’s will and ways. Two questions that will help us do that, no matter what situation we find ourselves in,…

  • How Do You Celebrate God?

An interesting question was recently posed to me: How do you celebrate what God is doing in your life? My first thought was, “Am I doing this?” And the answer is, “Probably not enough.” But when I do celebrate what God is doing in my life, there are four main ways that I do it:…
