A Pioneering Coach.

As the Leadership Trainer & Workplace Coach for the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, I created and oversee the first-of-its-kind internal coaching program for a state agency in the history of Oklahoma state government.

A Prepared Partner.

I am a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Team Coach and Certified Change Leadership Coach through the prestigious Center for Executive Coaching.

I hold two master’s degrees and multiple certifications covering such topics as organizational leadership, systems theory, conflict resolution and mediation, counseling, communication, project management, personality development, and leader-employee relationships.

An Experienced Leader.

With over 30 years experience on the frontlines of leadership, I’ve been where you are and I know the challenges of leading people and systems. I have a long list of accomplishments and an even longer list of mistakes. Through it all, I have created a track record of serving others with integrity, empathy, and wisdom and gained a reputation for helping leaders and teams maximize their potential.

  • Read This, Listen to This, Pray This (Thanksgiving)

Because of the Thanksgiving holiday, this week we are being encouraged to push the pause button on our busy lives, reflect on our blessings, and give thanks for all the people and things in our lives for which we are grateful. Here’s a devotional guide that will help you do that: Read This… Psalm 138…

  • Sometimes, You Need to Wear Jeans

Last week, one of our beloved church members passed away. He was a good man who I was proud to count as a friend. Nearly every Sunday to church he wore boots, blue jeans, a button-up dress shirt, and a blazer (usually, a navy blue one). It was a classic look that fit his personality.…

  • Process or Outcome?

Every Sunday morning I get to the church building really early and walk through the parking lot and around the auditorium praying for the people who will show up to worship and praying that God would bring those who are longing to hear the good news about Jesus Christ. Last Sunday, as I was praying…
