A Prepared Partner.

I am a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Team Coach and Certified Change Leadership Coach through the prestigious Center for Executive Coaching.

I hold two master’s degrees and multiple certifications covering such topics as organizational leadership, systems theory, conflict resolution and mediation, counseling, communication, project management, personality development, and leader-employee relationships.

An Experienced Leader.

With over 30 years experience on the frontlines of leadership, I’ve been where you are and I know the challenges of leading people and systems. I have a long list of accomplishments and an even longer list of mistakes. Through it all, I have created a track record of serving others with integrity, empathy, and wisdom and gained a reputation for helping leaders and teams maximize their potential.

  • Do You Have Any Life Goals?

Setting and pursuing goals is an important life skill to learn, but what kind of life goals should a Christian have? In 1 Thessalonians 4, the apostle Paul lists several goals that followers of Jesus Christ should be working toward throughout their lives. They are… 1. Be holy. The character of our lives should reflect…

  • What Church Members Should Say to Guests

From church consultant, author, and blogger Thom Rainer: In today’s post I look at seven things church members should say to guests. 1. “Thank you for being here.” It’s just that basic. I have heard from numerous church guests who returned because they were simply told “thank you.” 2. “Let me help you with that.”…

  • The Church & Poverty
