A Prepared Partner.

I am a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Team Coach and Certified Change Leadership Coach through the prestigious Center for Executive Coaching.

I hold two master’s degrees and multiple certifications covering such topics as organizational leadership, systems theory, conflict resolution and mediation, counseling, communication, project management, personality development, and leader-employee relationships.

An Experienced Leader.

With over 30 years experience on the frontlines of leadership, I’ve been where you are and I know the challenges of leading people and systems. I have a long list of accomplishments and an even longer list of mistakes. Through it all, I have created a track record of serving others with integrity, empathy, and wisdom and gained a reputation for helping leaders and teams maximize their potential.

  • 12 Life Convictions to Live By

Today is my 45th birthday, and the perspective that comes with getting older is quite clarifying.  And we desperately need clarity if we are going to live lives of meaning, significance, and impact. I’ve been through a lot and learned even more in my 45 years, and I’ve crystallized those lessons into 12 life convictions…

  • 5 Ways to Pray Without Ceasing

Periodically, I do a “5 on Friday” post where I share five things that might be of interest to you.  This week’s “5” comes from Chuck Lawless and is based on this Bible verse: “pray without ceasing”  (1 Thessalonians 5:17) Here are 5 ways to put that verse into action… Pray morning, noon, and night.…

  • Love Thy Neighbor & Get Starbucks!

Yesterday I had the opportunity to serve my next door neighbor in a unique way by taking him to the hospital at 4:30 a.m. for knee surgery.  Instead of simply dropping him off, I decided to stay with him until they took him back for pre-op.  I also stayed in the waiting room throughout the…

  • 5 Ways to “Remove the Roof”

You’ve heard of “raising the roof,” but what about “removing the roof?” Yesterday, in my devotional reading of the Bible, I read the story of Jesus healing the paralytic in Mark 2:1-12.  The point of the story is, of course, the revelation of Jesus as God’s Messiah who has the authority and the ability to…
