A Prepared Partner.

I am a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Team Coach and Certified Change Leadership Coach through the prestigious Center for Executive Coaching.

I hold two master’s degrees and multiple certifications covering such topics as organizational leadership, systems theory, conflict resolution and mediation, counseling, communication, project management, personality development, and leader-employee relationships.

An Experienced Leader.

With over 30 years experience on the frontlines of leadership, I’ve been where you are and I know the challenges of leading people and systems. I have a long list of accomplishments and an even longer list of mistakes. Through it all, I have created a track record of serving others with integrity, empathy, and wisdom and gained a reputation for helping leaders and teams maximize their potential.

  • Maxwell on Monday

Leadership expert and author John Maxwell has been a source of inspiration and wisdom to me for many years.  One of the things I have learned by reading his books is that success is the product of daily habits and the ability to lead yourself first every single day.  Here’s one of my favorite quotes…

  • 10 Ways to Make Everyday Like Church Camp

I spent last week teaching Bible to an outstanding group of Senior High students in the beautiful mountains of New Mexico at Camp Blue Haven.  This was my 17th year to be a Bible teacher at CBH, and it’s always a thrill and an honor to be invited back.  It’s also a great time of…
