A Prepared Partner.

I am a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Team Coach and Certified Change Leadership Coach through the prestigious Center for Executive Coaching.

I hold two master’s degrees and multiple certifications covering such topics as organizational leadership, systems theory, conflict resolution and mediation, counseling, communication, project management, personality development, and leader-employee relationships.

An Experienced Leader.

With over 30 years experience on the frontlines of leadership, I’ve been where you are and I know the challenges of leading people and systems. I have a long list of accomplishments and an even longer list of mistakes. Through it all, I have created a track record of serving others with integrity, empathy, and wisdom and gained a reputation for helping leaders and teams maximize their potential.

  • Top 10 Bible Passages (Part 1)

A few years ago a woman visiting our church asked if I would study the Bible with her.  This woman did not grow up in church and did not know much of anything about the Bible.  She was unfamiliar with the most famous Bible stories that even non-church attenders seem to know and the Bible…

  • A Prayer for CBH Campers

Next week I will have the great privilege of speaking and teaching at Camp Blue Haven in New Mexico, a church camp for 5th-12th grade students.  It is easily one of my favorite weeks of the year.  This year we will be covering the book of Philippians, and in the first chapter of that letter…

  • The Greatest Example of Sacrifice

This week we observed Memorial Day and honored the sacrifices of incredibly brave men and women who served our country with honor.  It’s important to remember that the freedoms we enjoy have come at a great price, and for freedom to continue each generation must be willing to make certain sacrifices for the benefit of…
