A Prepared Partner.

I am a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Team Coach and Certified Change Leadership Coach through the prestigious Center for Executive Coaching.

I hold two master’s degrees and multiple certifications covering such topics as organizational leadership, systems theory, conflict resolution and mediation, counseling, communication, project management, personality development, and leader-employee relationships.

An Experienced Leader.

With over 30 years experience on the frontlines of leadership, I’ve been where you are and I know the challenges of leading people and systems. I have a long list of accomplishments and an even longer list of mistakes. Through it all, I have created a track record of serving others with integrity, empathy, and wisdom and gained a reputation for helping leaders and teams maximize their potential.

  • On A Mission From God

As a group of Christ-followers, our church family at Alameda is on a mission from God. In John 17:18 Jesus, praying to God the Father, said of his disciples: “As you sent me into the world, I have sent them into the world.”  The Message translation puts it like this: “In the same way that…

  • A Hotel, A Restaurant, A Church

This past weekend I attended my nephew’s wedding deep in the heart of Texas. The hotel we stayed at had recently gone through some renovations, and they were very proud of the changes they had made.  One of the changes was to the bathroom door in their rooms.  Instead of the usual door, theirs was…

  • Empty (An Easter Prayer)
