I hold two master’s degrees and multiple certifications covering such topics as organizational leadership, systems theory, conflict resolution and mediation, counseling, communication, project management, personality development, and leader-employee relationships.

An Experienced Leader.

With over 30 years experience on the frontlines of leadership, I’ve been where you are and I know the challenges of leading people and systems. I have a long list of accomplishments and an even longer list of mistakes. • Are You Praying for God to Push You?

On Monday I wrote about a man who read a passage of Scripture during a worship service this past Sunday. Now, that may not seem like a big deal to you – but it was a huge deal for this man! Like many people, this man is very uncomfortable standing in front of a large…

  • From the Pit

Psalm 103:1-5 says… “Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me,  bless his holy name! Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits, who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit,  who crowns you with steadfast love and…
