A Pioneering Coach.

As the Leadership Trainer & Workplace Coach for the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, I created and oversee the first-of-its-kind internal coaching program for a state agency in the history of Oklahoma state government.

A Prepared Partner.

I am a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Team Coach and Certified Change Leadership Coach through the prestigious Center for Executive Coaching.

I hold two master’s degrees and multiple certifications covering such topics as organizational leadership, systems theory, conflict resolution and mediation, counseling, communication, project management, personality development, and leader-employee relationships.

An Experienced Leader.

With over 30 years experience on the frontlines of leadership, I’ve been where you are and I know the challenges of leading people and systems. I have a long list of accomplishments and an even longer list of mistakes. Through it all, I have created a track record of serving others with integrity, empathy, and wisdom and gained a reputation for helping leaders and teams maximize their potential.

  • From Here to There

At Alameda, our goal in 2017 is to help each other become more engaged in the life of our congregation and more engaged in the mission that Jesus Christ has given to all his followers.  We want to help each other go from wherever we are in our walk with Christ to where God wants…

  • “Let justice roll…”

Today, in America, is a day reserved for remembering the great contributions that Martin Luther King, Jr. made to our society.  Among the things that get remembered most about MLK is his iconic “I Have a Dream” speech, and one of the most well-known lines from that speech is this one: “No, no, we are…
